Design Process
Empathize
In the empathize stage of the design process, I delved into comprehensive secondary research and familiarized myself with the WCAG accessibility standard. Through extensive exploration of the community and relevant resources, I gained valuable insights into computer-related inaccessible illnesses and their impact on website usage.
Process Analysis
Prototype
In the prototype stage, I translated the insights gathered from the empathize stage into tangible design solutions. Collaborating with another designer, we transformed the identified pain points and accessibility needs into detailed wireframes for 163.com.

Enhancing visual accessibility
Color palette options for different types of visual disabilities
Solution Breakdown
Cross-line and larger cursor options for users with visual impairments
Zoom in/out feature to make content more readable
The Problem
As its user base has grown older, the website has become less accessible and user-friendly for elderly users who may have difficulty navigating the website.
The Goal
The project aimed to ensure that the website's loyal users can continue to access and enjoy its content despite any age-related limitations, visual impairment, and motor disability they may experience.
